The Triangles and friends had a night out at EPIC playing some broomball. Broomball is a fun semi dangerous “non-contact” sport very similiar to hockey but without skates and plastic brooms instead of hockey sticks. This will certainly be an event we repeat in the future.
Here we are at Triangle’s first Monday Meeting back for the fall semester. Just look at all the happy faces. This is one of the first official meetings for the CSU chapter for the semester and it was a great kickoff to Triangle getting back into school for the semester. Meeting was done in record time.
Every year Triangle Fraternity celebrates its founding on April 15th. This year, Triangle spent the evening with alumini and friends at Dave and Busters in Denver. It was a fun filled night of awards and stores.
Triangle again participated in CSUnity by helping Northwest Neighbors of Fort Collins clean their green belt. The green belt is utilized by many as a bike path to Old Town Fort Collins and a place to relax. Triangle looks forward to working with Northwest Neighbors again next semester to continue working on the green belt.
Triangle received a few awards at the Greek Night Out Awards:
- Seal of Approval
- Most Improved Chapter
Triangle also placed 2nd in Greek Week with out team Caesars Palace: Pi Beta Phi, Sigma Alpha, and Fiji.
Pete Winterscheidt the Active President also received an award for Outstanding Campus Involvement.
Founders Day had a wonderful turn out this year with alumni flying in from across the country for a total of 53 coming to dinner. Casey Quayle gets the farthest alumni award for flying in from Seattle. Actives and Alumni had a great time handing out awards, catching up and exchanging gag gifts.
The current pledge class also solicited donations for their pledge project, a large Delta-T to display memorabilia while tabling around campus.

A. It would be preferable to have your dinner choice now. We just need a rough idea of how much to order.

A. We will make the reservation for you. If you are coming by yourself and don’t want to share a room, please let us know. Otherwise, we will try to double up rooms to keep everyone’s cost lower.
Thanks to Alumni Kevin Phong, Triangle will be holding a fall formal this year. Formal is slated to happen on November 13th in Estes Park. Alumni and Active members are welcome to attend the event which will include:
- A Room for the evening
- Indoor Pool and hot tub
- White elephant gift party
- and much more

CSU Triangle will be hosting their annual Founder Day celebration on April 10th this year. Sure to be a good time, there will be speeches, fine dinning, and Triangles of all sorts in attendance.
