It is with great pleasure that we unveil our newly elected Executive Board for the 2017 Academic Year. The past three weeks, we held a series of elections to carefully select individuals for each of the officer positions within the fraternity. We are very excited to see where this new enthusiastic Executive leadership will take the Chapter. We wish them the best of luck in the upcoming year. Here are the newly elected officers for Triangle Fraternity:
Today, a devoted group of eight Triangles volunteered as a part of the Fall Clean Up program. We had a great group of Triangles show up and participate in two different service projects across the city of Fort Collins. We spent several hours raking up leaves, pruning, cleaning, and getting to know locals. We had a great time meeting and helping those in our local community and we look forward to next year’s Fall Clean Up.
Yesterday, Triangle Fraternity held our 2nd annual Mario Kart Philanthropy to benefit the Colorado Children’s Hospital. We had a lot of great Triangles show up to give their support for this incredibly important cause. People of all different skill levels were able to come together to compete in some friendly racing. We would like to thank everyone who came to this event and helped to make it possible. A special thanks to our philanthropy chair, Mitchell Yohanan, for putting a lot of work into the event, great job!
Today, Triangle Fraternity hosted our 4th annual Triangle Parent/Alumni Brunch. The brunch featured a collection of active members of Triangle along with their parents and various alumni. The event, hosted and planned by House Manager/ Alumni Relations Chair Andre Hochmuth was a great success, with nearly 30 people in attendance. Actives were able to meet and socialize with parents and graduated members of the fraternity. The food provided was cooked by active members and consisted of homemade eggs, pancakes, and fruit. Parents were able to direct questions about the fraternity and its values towards the executive leaders. As our chapter continues to grow, this event will only become a bigger and more extravagant event. We look forward to seeing you next year!
Triangle Fraternity will be hosting a video game fundraising event in the LSC room 382 on October 27th from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. The fee to enter the event is $5 per person in cash or card, which will go towards buying video games for kids in the Denver children’s hospital from donating to a nonprofit organization called Child’s Play. We will be giving away tickets at the door for a chance to win prizes near the end of the event including gift cards for video games from Games Ahoy in Loveland and donated items from Mugs Coffee. We will have video games set up around the room (mainly Mario Kart) that everyone can play throughout the event. The event will be a blast and I hope to see you there!
This past Friday night, Triangle hosted another exciting night of broomball at EPIC Ice Arena. We had an intense and fun-filled night with over 25 players in attendance. After an hour and a half of action-packed play, the final score was 17-17. We had a great time and sustained no significant injuries. We’ll be back in action next spring and hope to see you next time.
This past Saturday, a devoted group of Triangles volunteered as a part of the Spring cleanup program, CSUnity. Triangles participated in three different service projects across the city of Fort Collins. We spent several hours pulling weeds, digging holes, raking up leaves, and preforming other garden work. We had a great time meeting and helping those in our local community and we look forward to next year’s CSUnity.
On April 16th, Triangle held its annual Founder’s Day celebration. The banquet had over 70 people in attendance, making it one of our largest celebrations yet. We had a great time presenting numerous chapter and alumni awards during the event, for which the winners are listed below:

CSUnity is an annual event put on by the college to reach out to the community and do some service to help those who may not be able to do the yard and house work they need themselves. In the pictures below we worked on a house that hadn’t been able to rake in the fall and therefor needed lawn cleanup and gutter cleaning. It was a great experience to be able to reach out and help the awesome community around Fort Collins.
